Meet the Datacube Guys at ESA ISD

The European Space Agency (ESA) invites the space community to its Industry Space Days (ISD) event on 16 – 17 September 2026 in Noordwijk/Netherlands. The rasdaman experts will be part of the show, available for a personal chat at booth D05 and also in online B2B meetings. Come and meet us!

The Industry Space Days (ISD) organised annually by ESA brings together the main European players in the space sector. Main purpose is to increase the involvement of SMEs in space activities and to foster cross-fertilisation among the different actors in the entire space sector.

Learn more about spatio-temporal analysis on Big Earth and Space Datacubes and the new European Datacube Federation. The EarthServer initiative, uniting members from Europe, USA, and Asia, is running an open Earth data service leveraging the advantages of datacubes. Copernicus, weather datacubes, and further large-scale data archives with altogether 6+ PB offer a critical volume and variety of data. While remaining autonomous, for the user they appear as a single homogeneous dataspace in a seamless manner, including distributed data fusion. With its low/zero-coding interfaces it is more user-friendly for experts and non-experts alike, and also more LLM-friendly achieving higher accuracy in AI-based analytics. For corporate operation, the technology provides high security and full autonomy even in federations.
